2-what is the ip backhual?
3-picocells has its on bsc?
4-is there a hand over in these cells?
5-what is the antenna type which picocells connect to the network trough?
6-transmitting and reciveing equations and any other important equation.
7-limits operation voltage of the cells and curennt.
